Just for You B&B is situated on 24 acre and, although set in the country, close to London (20 minutes to downtown), Woodstock (15 minutes) and Stratford (30 minutes).

History of our B&B

The house is a modern raised ranch built in 1997 and is situated on a former gravel pit. This means that there was much landscaping to do. Just for you B&B was founded in 2004. The gardens are taking shape.

Rooms & Rates

Red Room (private en-suite bathroom): Can $ 95.00 per night (double occupancy)
This cozy room has a queen-size bed, a wooden dresser, Dutch decorations china/paintings hardwood floor and a wonderful view of the serene outdoors. There is a small sitting area in the room and there are some books in each room. The room has a satellite tv.
The Blue Room (private en-suite bathroom): Can $ 95.00 per night (double occupancy); This light-filled retreat comes with a European queen size bed. The furniture is white and has two mattresses, each separately electrically adjustable. Room is equipped with satellite tv.
The Sunshine Suite (private en-suite bathroom): Can $ 125.00 per night (double occupancy)
This spacious, light sunny Suite has a Queen-size bed with down bedding, a satellite TV, roomy sitting area (can be a bed for another couple), a private bathroom, a kitchenette with microwave oven, water kettle, toaster, fridge. This room has its own back entrance and is very spacious.
